Elizabethan 33
Return to Classes
Another long-keeled David Thomas design, initially built by Peter Webster. The company ceased trading shortly after its introduction, but the model remained in production by other builders and a number of hulls and kits were also sold, so build quality and internal arrangements are variable. It was also available in ketch or sloop form, but the interior was the same for both. She had a good, if narrow, six berth layout with full headroom, a good galley and chart table. She handled well, particularly in heavy weather.
